SINGERS’ PRACTICE
The Singers meet on Thursdays at 6.45 – 8.00pm in the Chancel Hall at Craigsbank. Anyone interested in joining will be made very welcome – no previous experience required – just a love of singing.
JUNIOR MUSIC MAKERS
A vibrant and well-attended junior music making and appreciation group in the church on Thursday evenings at Craigsbank (in the sanctuary) from 5.30 – 6.30pm. This is for children of pre-primary to P7 age, although we would not exclude any older children wishing to participate. Parents are welcome to enjoy a coffee and a blether in the Iona Room while the group have fun.
MUSICIANS WANTED – Join a Future Church Band! Calling all musicians … We want to make contact with and gather (socially distanced) any willing and able musicians who may wish to join a Church Band with a view to occasionally enhancing our worship experience and/or creating music for other social events/fundraisers etc. Anyone who is interested can contact John Patterson at email: jrgp2011@yahoo.co.uk. This band is aimed at teenagers and adults with any musical ability.
EMBRACE YOUR COMMUNITY
NETWORK
A warm welcome is extended to women of all ages to come along to Network for social events, guest speakers and friendship. Meetings are held at Craigsbank (Main Hall) on alternate Mondays at 7.30pm.

CRAIGSBANK RAMBLERS (ALL YEAR)
This Group takes to the countryside on several Saturdays throughout the year. The walks cater for all ages and abilities, so why not come along to enjoy the great outdoors. We usually manage to find a coffee shop at the end of the day!
Look out for notices in Westoverland and announced in services.
LUNCH CLUB
The Wednesday Lunch Club at Craigsbank meet fortnightly on Wednesdays at 12.30pm. Contact Margot for more information on Tel: 07526 635029.
The purpose of the Lunch Club is to allow members and their friends to enjoy fellowship over a bowl of homemade soup, filled rolls, tea/coffee and sometimes home-baking. There is a charge of £3.00. We meet on alternate Wednesdays at 12.30pm in the Chancel Hall at Craigsbank.
FELLOWSHIP
Catch up with old friends and new over a cuppa and with occasional entertainment. The Thursday Fellowship starts at 2.30pm at East Craigs every second Thursday. Check the calendar for details.

ECO Group
Our ECO Group meets regularly to plan and carry out activities in the local environment such as tree and fruit tree planting, flower and bulb planting, the development of a wildflower meadow, and litter picks. We are pleased to work with the City of Edinburgh Council Park Rangers, the local Schools and Uniformed Organisations, and anyone from the Church or locality who is interested in taking part in improving and caring for our local environment.
Our Church is a member of ECO Congregation Scotland (ecocongregationscotland.org). We support Fairtrade and the One Stop Shop at Broomhouse by uplift and delivery of goods from East Craigs Co-op. Book discussions invitation
CRAIGSBANK PARISH CHURCH is hosting an open book group the last Sunday afternoon of the month at 4pm at East Craigs Church Centre. There will be coffee and wine available for attendees. Contact the Church Office for more infromation.
TODDLE TOTS
For parents, grandparents and carers with their toddlers and babies, Wednesdays 10.30am in the Craigsbank Hall. Come and join the fun!
TOASTIE THURSDAYS
Our weekly Toastie Thursdays lunch gathering for the Craigsbank High pupils is hosted in the Craigsbank hall. The goal is to offer Christian hospitality to the children in the parish high school. The catchphrase for the Toastie Thursdays at present is ‘The best welcome of the week’. If you are interested or would like to volunteer (even once or twice a month) then please contact Alan Childs or the church office.
